Can I receive samples of your products?

We do not ship samples of our products, unless otherwise provided by promotions.

To try the fragrances directly at home, discovery sets are available for purchase. These are sets that include a set of blotters and a selection of mini-sprays of ONIUSA fragrances.

Can I add gift wrapping to the purchased products?

You can find ready-made gift box options in the "Gift Ideas" section, or you can choose the right packaging directly from the selected product. In the accessories section, you will find all available packaging solutions.

Do Oniusa products contain natural or chemical ingredients?

Our products are made with high-quality raw materials. Our fragrances are created using natural essential oils which, when synergized, create ONIUSA fragrances, along with high-quality and, above all, safe synthetic ingredients. Our fragrances are certified and comply with all IFRA standards, do not contain hazardous substances, GMOs, and are not tested on animals. This also helps to limit certain allergy risks and combat the extinction of increasingly rare flower and plant species. All our products are designed to bring benefit to our customers' homes.

Are Oniusa products tested on animals or do they contain raw materials of animal origin?

No, no Oniusa product is tested on animals or contains animal-derived components.

Questions about online purchasing

How can I buy online?

You can order on our online shop www.oniusavenezia.com once you have registered or as a "guest" user. Access to the reserved area will only be possible via a personal password that only you will know and manage. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain your login details.

To purchase a product, you will need to select it from the catalog, choose the fragrance/variant, and add it to your "cart". At this point, you can continue browsing the site to purchase other products or proceed directly with payment. If the requested quantity is not available, a notification will appear.

To complete an order, you must carefully follow all the steps of the purchase procedure. Once you have confirmed the contents of your cart, you will need to choose your preferred payment method and proceed. Once the purchase procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. Once the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make any changes.

What are the payment methods for online purchases?

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are as follows:

Express shipping costs € 4.90 for national territory. They vary from country to country for Europe or areas with special conditions. You can check the shipping cost by selecting the destination country at checkout.

How can I get free shipping?

Oniusa offers free shipping within Italy for orders of at least €75.

What are the delivery times for an order?

Order processing times are approximately 24/72 hours on working days following the order when the goods are in stock (except for reasons of force majeure, see general terms and conditions of sale). Orders received by 12:00 PM are usually entrusted to the courier on the next working day after the order.

For delivery times, BRT courier estimates delivery within 24/48 hours from the time of shipment in Italy. Delivery is possible to your home or a pick-up point (BRT Point9, selectable directly when placing the order). For European countries, delivery times vary from country to country. For more information, please contact us.

If the order was placed during the weekend or holidays, it will be processed on the next working day. In the case of extended holidays/closures, delivery times may be longer than indicated above.

Can I request an invoice?

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation (which will serve as your warranty and for assistance).

If you are a business customer, you must indicate this before completing your order by filling in the "User Type" field during data entry, selecting "Company" and entering your company name, address, tax code, VAT number, unique code, and certified email address. The invoice will be sent electronically and made available on the Italian Revenue Agency website.

What to do if the product is damaged during shipping?

Upon arrival of the goods, please carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm delivery. Packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign for receipt with reservation and specify the problem in detail.

If the goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by email at info@oniusavenezia.com (writing in the email subject: "shipping damage – order no. ------") and describing the damage to the goods; or you can contact us by phone at +39 041 5288410 from Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM). Please photograph the package or the product inside the shipping packaging; proof of actual damage to the goods will then be requested. In case of our positive feedback, the goods will be reshipped to you at no additional cost. You will be contacted by our customer care in any case.

How do I make a return?

We have designed a simple and convenient return procedure to ensure a pleasant online shopping experience, even if your purchase doesn't fully satisfy you.

You can return products purchased from our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Follow these simple steps:

Ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them; the packaging must be intact and sealed.
Contact us through our contact form, indicating the problem and the order number, and specify "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. We will then send you a form to complete for your return within 48 hours.
Complete the return form we send you and email it back to the indicated address.
Prepare the package with the same sturdy characteristics as our packaging. Our warehouse address is Marval Scent srl – Via Roma 219 – 30038 Spinea (VE).
The package can be delivered to our warehouse by any courier of your choice. Shipping costs will be at your expense.
The refund you receive will include the cost of the returned products. For our return service, a flat fee equal to the initial shipping costs will be deducted.

Please note that we can only refund correctly returned products. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to your address, with shipping costs at your expense. (See general sales conditions for more information).

How can I understand what the olfactory family refers to?

The olfactive pyramid forms the structure and architecture of a perfume. It consists of three levels linked together by the various notes present. Creating a memorable fragrance involves seeking harmony between the various top, heart, and base notes. Olfactory families help classify a perfume based on the characteristics of its constituent notes; each family possesses recognizable and unique elements.

Below is a list of the most common ones:

  • AROMATIC: Characterized by its green freshness due to natural, countryside notes, this family gets its name from the aroma. Sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, and lavender are the main raw materials present. SUB-CATEGORY: SPICY, BALSAMIC
  • ORIENTAL: Enveloping, exotic, and luxuriant fragrances that evoke distant worlds. The warmest and most exotic of families, it condenses sweet, almost vanilla-like notes with those of musk and ambergris. SUB-CATEGORY: spicy, gourmand, floral, woody, fruity
  • CYPRE (CHYPRE): Evokes softness, elegance, talcum powder. It includes fragrances that blend accords of bergamot, oakmoss, and patchouli. A mix of fresh and warm scents, citrusy and undergrowth. Difficult, perhaps almost impossible to describe in words.
    SUB-CATEGORY: floral, powdery, citrusy
  • SWEET /GOURMAND: Characterized by sweet notes (cocoa, honey, vanilla, tonka bean, coffee, hazelnuts, and caramel) and usually accompanied by fruity or woody notes.
  • WOODY: A family that includes full-bodied dry and vibrant woods like cedar and vetiver, soft and velvety woods like sandalwood, oakmoss, and amber woods. Warm and elegant fragrances. SUB-CATEGORY: spicy, oriental
  • FLORAL: Groups all olfactory compositions that have a floral base. These can be white flowers with great character (orange blossom, jasmine, ylang ylang, iris) or flowers like rose, lily of the valley, and freesia. SUB-CATEGORY: citrusy, aromatic, powdery.
  • CITRUS (HESPERIDIC): Characterized by the electrifying freshness of citrus fruits, the main elements that make up this family. They are mainly found in the top notes.

  • FRUITY: Unlike floral fragrances, fruity essences are characterized by stronger fragrances, generally determined by the use of strawberry, pineapple, raspberry, peach, and other fruits. SUB-CATEGORY: gourmand, sweet, wild
What is the difference between the various collections?

Each collection has been specially created so that every client can recognise themselves or find what they need in the key elements of our lines. Depending on the different types of collection (understood as concept, packaging, aesthetics), type of fragrance and/or price range, they will be able to identify with one or more of these.

What do you recommend for scenting different rooms?

FOR AN AMBIENT FRAGRANCE: scented candles

How long do the various Oniusa reed diffusers last and how can I best use them?

We recommend placing them on a flat surface, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources. This can not only alter the color of the product, mainly due to the high concentration of essential oils it contains, but also cause it to be consumed more quickly, even if the quality remains unchanged.

We recommend turning the rattan sticks at least once or twice a week. Fiber sticks do not need to be turned as often. The number of sticks can be increased/decreased according to personal preference and/or the position where the diffuser is placed. The sticks can be reused with refills of the same fragrance. We recommend washing your hands thoroughly each time you perform this operation.

The duration of the fragrance depends on the characteristics of the environment where it is placed: sunlight, heat, and drafts affect its duration and can accelerate its consumption.

  • 100 ML: 30 days
  • 200 ML: 60 days
  • 300 ML: 60/90 days 
  • 500 ML: <6 months

What is the difference between natural rattan sticks and fiber sticks?

The rattan stick must be inverted to allow for constant diffusion, as it dries out in the air. Diffusion is an automatic mechanical process that occurs through the capillarity of the wood.

Our sticks are made of natural rattan.
The fiber stick (a mix of polyester and cotton) automatically absorbs and releases the fragrance without needing to be inverted as frequently.

What should I do if the fragrance is accidentally spilled?

If the fragrance is accidentally spilled, we recommend wiping the surface as soon as possible and immediately rinsing with plenty of water. Some delicate and/or porous surfaces, such as wood and marble, may remain stained. To avoid this inconvenience, place the fragrance on a stable support and preferably not in direct contact with delicate surfaces.

What are the tips for the correct use of candles?

Each time it is lit, the candle should be allowed to burn until all the wax on the surface becomes liquid. Do not keep it lit for more than 4 hours and place it away from drafts. Never leave the candle unattended. Never burn the entire amount of wax, but always leave at least 8 mm at the bottom. The glass jar may become hot after lighting. Never apply the lid before extinguishing the flame. For all warnings, check the label on the bottom of each individual product.

Should you trim candle wicks?

The candle wick should always be kept at a height of about 1 cm. If black smoke appears during lighting, the wick should be trimmed back to the ideal length. Make sure that any burnt wick residue does not fall into the molten wax; if this happens, you can remove it with a soft cloth once the wax has solidified.

What should you do if the fragrance is ingested or an allergic reaction occurs?

If an allergic reaction occurs, contact your doctor immediately. Keep the package or label handy.

If necessary, contact the nearest poison control center.
