We do not send samples of our products, unless there are promotions.
In order to be able to try the fragrances directly at home, discovery sets are available for purchase. These are sets comprising a set of blotters and a selection of mini-sprays of ONIUSA-VENEZIA fragrances.

You will be able to find ready-made gift pack proposals in the ‘Gift Ideas’ section or you can compose your personalized package directly on our UNICA configurator. You will also be able to add an elegant Oniusa Venezia shopper directly during checkout.

Yes, you can compose your personalized gift pack by selecting the gift ideas – create your own pack section on the shop bar. You may choose a maximum of 3 products from those available: only the choice of the first product is compulsory. You can select them directly from the list. Depending on the occasion you have chosen for your gift, you will be able to choose the colour of the ribbon from the variants available as a finish. We recommend that you add the Oniusa Venezia shopping bag when you check out.
The cost of the gift pack is € 6.00 and you will find it already included in the total of the pack you create.

Yes, it is possible to customise some Oniusa Venezia products. You can do this directly by clicking on the UNICA section of the website or by contacting us for more information and/or support.

Our products are made from high quality raw materials. Our fragrances are created using natural essential oils that, when combined with each other, create ONIUSA fragrances, together with high quality and above all safe synthetic ingredients. Our fragrances are certified and meet all IFRA standards, contain no hazardous substances, GMOs and are not tested on animals. This also limits certain allergy risks and counteracts the extinction of increasingly rare species of flowers and plants. All our products are designed to bring benefit into our customers’ homes.

No, Oniusa – Venezia products are not tested on animals or have components of animal origin.

Questions on online purchasing

You can order from our online shop www.oniusavenezia.com once you have registered or as a ‘guest’ user. Access to the reserved area will only be possible via a personal password that only you will know and manage. At the end of the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, in which you will find your log-in data.

To purchase a product, you will have to select it from the catalogue, choose the fragrance/variant and add it to your ‘shopping cart’. At this point, you can continue browsing the site to purchase other products or proceed directly to payment. If the required quantity is not available, a warning will appear.

To place an order, you must carefully follow all the steps in the purchasing procedure. Once you have confirmed the contents of your shopping cart, you will have to choose your preferred method of payment and proceed. Once you have completed the purchase procedure, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order. Once the order has been confirmed, no further changes can be made.

Bank transfer – follow the instructions written in the order confirmation email. The bank details and the address to which the transfer will be sent will be also indicated. Please always write the order number in the bank transfer reason, in order to have faster accounting. In case of order with payment by bank transfer, payment must be received within seven working days. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping costs are as follows:

Express delivery costs € 4.90 for domestic shipping. They may vary from country to country in the case of Europe or the rest of the world. You can check this by selecting the destination country when checking out. The cost for Europe may vary from € 15 to € 25. For shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import costs and customs taxes may apply. They cannot be estimated by us and are completely due by the recipient. Shipments to islands in Europe (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Madeira and Azores, etc.) have an extra supplement to be agreed with customer care. For shipments outside Europe, please contact customer care to obtain a quote.

Oniusa-Venezia offers free domestic shipping (within Italy) for orders of at least €75 and free shipping to Europe for orders of at least €200.

Order processing times are approximately 24/72 h on working days following the order when goods are in stock (except for force majeure, see General Terms and Conditions). Orders received before 12 noon are usually handed over to the courier on the next working day following the order.

For delivery times, the Express service of Poste Italiane provides for delivery in 24/48 h from the time of dispatch in Italy. Possibility of home delivery or poste restante delivery (at the post office/depot/Poste Locker closest to the shipping address). For European countries or the rest of the world, times vary from country to country. For more information, please contact us.

Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an order confirmation (which will be used for warranty and service purposes).

If you are a business customer, you must indicate this prior to the conclusion of the order by filling in the “User Type” field in the data entry phase, selecting “Company” and entering your company name, address, tax code and VAT number, unique code and pec address. The invoice will be sent electronically and made available on the Inland Revenue website.

Upon arrival of the goods, please inspect the package carefully before signing for it. Packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign the receipt subject to checking and indicate the problem in detail.

If the goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by email at info@oniusavenezia.com (writing on the subject line: “shipping damage – order no. –“) and describing the damage suffered by the goods; or you can contact us by phone at +39 041 5288410 from Monday to Friday (9.30 – 12.30/15:30-19:00). Please take a photo of the package or product inside the shipping box, you will then be asked for proof of the actual damage suffered by the goods. In case of a positive response from us, the goods will be sent back to you at no additional cost. You will in any case be contacted by our customer care.

We have devised a simple and convenient return procedure to make your online shopping experience enjoyable even if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return products purchased in our store within 14 days from the date of delivery. Just follow these simple steps:

Make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, the packaging must be intact and sealed.
Contact us through our contact form indicating the problem and the order number, and indicate in the subject line “RETURN REQUEST”. We will then send you a form to fill out for your return within 48 hours. Or you can download it yourself from the link in the ‘return’ section of the sales conditions section. Complete the Return Form and send it by e-mail to the address indicated.
Prepare the parcel with the same strength characteristics as our packaging. Indicate our warehouse Marval Scent srl – Via Roma 219 – 30038 Spinea (VE) – Italy as delivery address.
The parcel can be delivered by any courier of your choice to our warehouse. Shipping costs will be borne by you.
The refund you will receive will include the cost of the returned products. For our return service, you will be charged a flat rate amount equal to the initial shipping costs.

Please note that we can only refund correctly returned products. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back to your address and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Questions about our products

The olfactory pyramid forms the structure and architecture of a perfume. It consists of three levels linked together by the various notes present. The creation of a memorable fragrance involves a search for harmony between the various top, middle and base notes. The olfactory family helps to classify a perfume according to the characteristics of the notes that compose it, each family possessing recognizable and unique elements.
Below is a list of the most common ones:

AROMATIC
Characterised by its green freshness and natural country notes, this family owes its name to the aroma. Sage, rosemary, thyme, mint and lavender are the main ingredients present. SUBCATEGORY: SPICY , BALSAMIC
ORIENTAL
Enveloping, exotic and lush fragrances that evoke distant worlds. The warmest and most exotic of the families, it condenses sweet, almost vanilla notes with those of musk and grey amber. SUBCATEGORY: spicy, gourmand, floral, woody, fruity
CYPRE (CYPRUS)
It evokes softness, elegance, talcum powder. It includes fragrances that mix accords of bergamot, oak moss, patchouli. A mix of fresh and warm scents together, citrus and undergrowth. Difficult, perhaps almost impossible to describe in words.
SUBCATEGORY: floral, talcum, citrus
SWEET /GOURMAND
Characterised by sweet notes (cocoa, honey, vanilla, tonka bean, coffee, hazelnuts and caramel) and usually accompanied by fruity or woody notes.
WOODY
Family comprising dry and lively full-bodied woods such as cedar and vetiver, soft and velvety woods such as sandalwood, oakmoss and ambery woods. Warm and elegant fragrances. SUBCATEGORY: spicy, oriental

FLORAL
It groups all olfactory compositions that have a floral base. These can be white flowers with great character (orange blossom, jasmine, ylang ylang, iris) or they can be flowers such as rose, lily of the valley and freesia. SUBCATEGORY: citrusy, aromatic, talcum.
CITRUS (HESPERIDATA)
Characterised by the electrifying freshness of citrus fruits, the main elements that make up this family.

FRUIT
Unlike floral fragrances, fruity essences are characterised by fragrances of greater character, generally determined by the use of strawberry, pineapple, raspberry, peach and other fruits. SUBCATEGORY gourmand, sweet, wild

Each collection has been created specifically so that each customer can recognise or find what they need in the key elements of our lines. Depending on the type of collection (in terms of concept, packaging, aesthetics), type of fragrance and/or price range, you may recognise yourself in one or more of these.

FOR LONG-TERM PERFUME: fragrance stick diffusers

FOR INSTANT PERFUME: room spray and/or water-soluble essences

We recommend placing them on a level surface and avoiding exposing the product to direct sunlight or near heat sources. This, in addition to causing discoloration, mainly due to the high concentrations of essential oils contained in the product, may cause it to be consumed more quickly, even if it maintains its quality.

We recommend turning rattan sticks at least once/twice a week. Fiber sticks do not need to be turned so often. You can increase/decrease the number of sticks according to personal taste and/or the position where the fragrance stick is placed. The sticks can be reused with a refill of the same fragrance. It is recommended that you wash your hands thoroughly each time you do this.

The durability of the fragrance depends on the characteristics of the environment where it is placed: sunlight, heat, air currents affect its durability and can accelerate its consumption.

The rattan stick must be turned upside down to allow constant diffusion, as it dries out with air. Diffusion is an automatic mechanical process that occurs through the capillarity of the wood.
Our sticks are made of natural rattan.
The fiber stick (mix of polyester and cotton) automatically absorbs and releases the fragrance without the need to be turned over so frequently.

If the fragrance is accidentally spilled, we recommend drying the surface as soon as possible and immediately rinsing with plenty of water. Some delicate and/or porous surfaces such as wood and marble may be stained. To avoid this, place the fragrance on a stable support and preferably not in direct contact with delicate surfaces.

Each time it is lit, the candle should be left to burn until all the wax on the surface becomes liquid. Do not keep it burning for more than 4 hours straight and place it away from drafts. Never leave the candle unattended. Never burn the entire amount of wax, but always leave at least 8 mm at the bottom. The glass jar may burn after lighting. Never put the lid on before extinguishing the flame. For all warnings, check the label on the bottom of each individual product.

The candle wick should always be kept at a height of approx. 1 cm. If black smoke should appear during lighting, the wick should be cut back to the ideal size. Make sure that residue from the burnt wick does not fall into the liquid wax; if this happens, you can remove it with a soft cloth once the wax has solidified.

If an allergic reaction occurs, contact your doctor immediately. Keep the packaging or label at hand.If necessary, contact the nearest poison control center.
